Personnel changes at KWH Logistics
Major changes are taking place in KWH Logistics’ management this spring.
Forestry engineer, MBA Joakim Laxåback has started on March the 1st as the Head of Division for KWH Logistics, CEO of Oy Backman-Trummer Ab and a member of the KWH Group Management. He has previously served as a CEO for M. Rauanheimo and Adolf Lahti Yxpila. His predecessor Hannu Uusi-Pohjola will retire on May the 1st. He wants to thank his work community:
– During my 17-year career, it has happened a lot in KWH Logistics. I would like to thank everyone for the interesting and rewarding years with the KWH Group.
Also Adolf Lahti Yxpila has gotten a new Managing Director on March the 1st as Forestry engineer (HVE), Pekka Pöllänen has started to lead the company. He also became a member of the KWH Logistics Management Team. Pöllänen has worked at Adolf Lahti since 2017, latest as Regional Director. Before that he has had a long career at UPM Kymmene Metsä.
Tero Kosonen, Master of Science (Technology) at TKK, will begin as the new Managing Director of M. Rauanheimo on the June 1st. He will also become a member of the KWH Logistics Management Team. Kosonen has had various positions at VR Group Oy since 2001, latest as Vice President for Sales and Marketing and before that as Head of Planning.
