- The legal basis is the company’s right to pursue business activity, a contract with the data subject, and consent
- Processed data: The name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, billing address, and customer number of the private customer and corporate customer contact person. People’s dietary information will also be processed. The information can be obtained directly from the registered person or the organization the person represents.
- Visitors’ data are kept for one year after the last visit to resolve any issues or grievances related to the visit. Billing records are kept for 13 years due to accounting law and practices. Guests’ dietary information is kept for the duration of their stay.

- The legal basis is the agreement with the data subject and, in the case of corporate customer liaison officers, the company’s right to send invoices and to name the receiver

- The legal basis is the company’s right to make its activities public
- Processed data: name, address, organization, and professional title. The information is obtained from public sources, the person him/herself or the persons employer.

- The legal basis is the contract with the data subject and, in the case of corporate supplier liaison officers, the company’s right to do business
- Processed data: Name for invoicing, address, vendor unique system ID, and bank account number
- Data will be retained for the time required by the Accounting Act
