Mirka opened production facility in the USA
Mirka has inaugurated its first production facility outside Europe. Located in Indianapolis, Indiana, the new unit strengthens Mirka’s presence in the strategically important North American market and marks a major milestone in the company’s global growth journey.
Mirka has been active in the United States for over 30 years through its own sales subsidiary Mirka USA. With the opening of this state-of-the-art facility, the company brings production closer to its US customer base.
The Indianapolis facility is a conversion unit, where large jumbo rolls of abrasive materials are processed and refined into finished products tailored for the American market. This model mirrors the successful unit already operating at Mirka’s European distribution center in Belgium and supports Mirka’s strategy to strengthen its presence across major global markets.
