Donation to Save the Children Finland
For the third year in a row, the KWH Group makes a Christmas donation to Save the Children Finland (Pelastakaa Lapset ry). The Christmas fundraising will be used to support children in Finland. Currently, around 120 000 children in Finland live in low-income families.
The funds raised from the Christmas charity collection are used to provide food aid to families with children in need, as well as support for hobbies and school materials. In addition, the collection will provide children with support persons, support families and online chat discussions. In 2023, the organisation reached almost 70 000 children in Finland with the help of donations.
Save the Children Finland is a politically and religiously independent children’s organisation founded in 1922. Save the Children Finland is part of the international Save the Children movement, which works to promote children’s rights in over 100 countries.
