KWH Group has donated 10 000 euro to the Vaasa University of Applied Sciences (VAMK) and 10 000 euro to the University of Applied Sciences Novia. VAMK’s donation is directed to the field of technic and Novia’s donation to the field of technic and communication.
The KWH Group achieved the high expectations set for 2017. Turnover increased by 18%, and profits reached the record level with 31% profit improvement.

M. Sc. (Business Administration) Jan-Erik Hydén has been appointed as Financial Specialist starting from the 1st of January 2018.
KWH Group has been given Kauppalehti’s Achiever Certificate. Group has got 82/100 points in Balance Consulting’s analysis and therefore rating A (Excellent).
The year 2017 has been a time for strong growth for KWH Group. The growth means also need for new personnel and know-how. KWH Group has hired over 100 people after the beginning of the year and has now almost 2000 employees.
Master of Laws (LL.M.) Johan Heikfolk has been appointed General Counsel as of May 15, 2017.
The past year has been a highly successful one for the KWH Group. Sales increased by 8 %, and profits reached a record level.
Kjell Antus, M Sc (Econ) has been appointed Group President as of January 1, 2017. Antus is employed by KWH since 1989, lastly as CFO and Head of Division KWH Invest.
Family Business Network Finland have chosen KWH as their 2016 Family Business of the Year and the winner of the prestigious Peter Fazer prize.
