KWH Group awarded the Strongest in Finland Platinum certificate again

KWH Group has again been awarded the Strongest in Finland Platinum certificate with the best credit rating, AAA. The Group has maintained the highest level, Platinum, since 2007.

The Platinum certificate is awarded to companies that have held a Rating Alfa credit rating of AAA or AA+ for at least five consecutive years. Around 30% of all Finnish companies meet the minimum requirements for the Strongest in Finland certificate, and only around 5% receive the highest rating, AAA.

The certificate reflects the company’s strong financial position at the time it is awarded. A stable financial position supports the company’s ability to fulfil its commitments and provides good foundations for long-term development and investment in areas such as research, product development and growth.

The classification is granted by Suomen Asiakastieto Oy. The scale has seven levels: C (poor), B (fair), A (satisfactory), A+ (satisfactory+), AA (good), AA+ (good+), AAA (excellent).

According to the Talouselämä 500 survey, KWH Group is the 114th largest company in Finland by turnover. Our ranking improved by eight positions compared to the previous year. In 2025, our turnover amounted to EUR 631 million, which is about one percent higher than in the previous year.

In 2025, KWH Group strengthened its sustainability work. During the year, concrete progress was made across the business divisions, particularly in energy efficiency, resource-efficient solutions, and the development of occupational health and safety.

KWH Group’s revenue increased by 0.9 per cent to EUR 631.0 million in 2025. The challenging operating environment and high level of investments meant that the record result of the previous financial year was not repeated.
