Changes in the KWH Logistics Group Structure
The legal name of the KWH Logistics parent company will be changed from Oy Backman-Trummer Ab to KWH Logistics Group Ltd.
Their international transport and forwarding operations will continue under the well-known name Oy Backman-Trummer Ab, which will now become a separate legal subsidiary within KWH Logistics Group.
Oy Backman-Trummer Ab will continue its operations as part of the international transport business area and will henceforth function as a separate legal subsidiary within KWH Logistics Group.
KWH Logistics Group will continue to be part of KWH Group. The change will take effect on January 1, 2026.
