KWH Group sells its share of Uponor Infra
KWH Group Ltd has today signed an agreement to sell its 44.7% shareholding in Uponor Infra Oy to Uponor Oyj.
After the transaction, Uponor Oyj owns 100% of the shares in the company. The transaction can be finalised once the necessary regulatory approvals have been obtained, which is expected to take place during Q3/2023.
– We have carried out an industry structuring and executed the business plan established when the joint venture was founded in 2013. The transaction frees up resources that will be used to accelerate growth and increase competitiveness in our wholly owned business divisions, says Kjell Antus, CEO at the KWH Group.
